Nachi spherical roller bearings are engineered to support substantial radial and axial loads in both directions. The self-aligning feature effectively compensates for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. These bearings are designed to function optimally in operating temperatures reaching up to 200°C (392°F) due to a newly developed heat stabilization process, which ensures minimal dimensional changes and maintains bearing life. Additionally, they can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
