Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle heavy radial and axial loads in both directions, featuring a self-aligning capability that compensates for shaft deflection, housing deformation, or misalignment of axes, thereby minimizing excessive force application. They incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process allowing for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining dimensional integrity and bearing lifespan. Under typical service conditions, these bearings can tolerate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
