NACHI spherical roller bearings are engineered to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. The self-aligning feature of these bearings allows for automatic correction of deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, effectively preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings include a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables them to maintain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, they can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
