Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can maintain normal functionality in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliability and durability in various applications.
