Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings are equipped with a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and ensuring no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
