Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that compensates for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
