Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for various applications. Their self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axes misalignment, preventing excessive force application. The newly developed heat stabilization process enables these bearings to maintain normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
