NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
