NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, effectively managing shaft deflection, housing variations, or axis misalignment through their self-aligning feature, which prevents the application of excessive force. They incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for sustained operation in temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
