Nachi spherical roller bearings with suffix -V are specifically designed for vibratory applications, such as crushers and vibrating screens, to prevent retainer breakage. These bearings feature a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to sustain normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. They are manufactured with special radial clearance and controller tolerance, meeting P6 on the outer diameter and P5 on the bore, to optimize their performance in challenging environments. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
