Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for various applications. They feature a self-aligning characteristic that allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. A newly developed heat stabilization process enables these bearings to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°. These attributes contribute to the overall reliability and performance of the bearings in diverse industrial settings.
