Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force applications. They incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions.
