NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them ideal for applications with deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, which can be automatically corrected by their self-aligning feature that prevents excessive force application. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables them to maintain normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
