Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables them to function effectively at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), demonstrating minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging applications.
