Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings are equipped with a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
