Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for a variety of applications. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are capable of maintaining normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) thanks to Nachi's advanced heat stabilization process, which ensures minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
