Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
