Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables normal operation at temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
