NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for demanding applications. The self-aligning feature of these bearings allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force during operation. These bearings are manufactured using NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to function effectively at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.
