Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in any direction. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to function effectively at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, they can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
