Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, providing a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings are built to endure operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) thanks to Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, which ensures minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
