Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. The self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can maintain normal operation in temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), exhibiting minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
