NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to endure heavy radial and axial loads in both directions, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
