Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, effectively accommodating deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes through their self-aligning feature, which helps prevent excessive force. These bearings benefit from Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to function normally at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. They can tolerate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliability and performance in various applications.
