Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning mechanism that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to function effectively at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without reducing bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
