NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to support heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, offering a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects shaft deflection, housing variations, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing excessive force during operation. The bearings are engineered with a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°, which enhances their reliability and performance in demanding applications.
