NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are manufactured using NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
