Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial and axial loads in both directions. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
