Nachi spherical roller bearings are engineered to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically adjusts for shaft deflection, housing irregularities, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
