Nachi spherical roller bearings with the suffix -V are designed for vibratory applications, such as crushers and vibrating screens, without the risk of retainer breakage. These bearings are engineered using Nachi's advanced heat stabilization process, which allows them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and maintaining their bearing life. Special features include a tailored radial clearance, controller tolerance of P6 on the outer diameter and P5 on the bore, and meticulous attention to the retainer design to meet the demands of vibratory environments. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
