Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings incorporate Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
