Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, providing enhanced durability and performance. The self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can maintain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and preserving bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle for these bearings is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable operation in various applications.
