Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to endure both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to maintain normal operations at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
