Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. The self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing excessive force application. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to function normally at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
