Nachi spherical roller bearings are engineered to support heavy radial and axial loads in both directions. They feature a self-aligning capability that adjusts for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process allowing them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), while exhibiting minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Furthermore, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
