Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to endure both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. Their self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can operate efficiently at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions.
