Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them versatile for various applications. These bearings come equipped with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. Additionally, they utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
