NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing excessive force application. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while minimizing dimensional changes and maintaining bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
