Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate heavy radial and axial loads in both directions. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings employ a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
