Nachi spherical roller bearings with suffix -V are specifically designed for vibratory applications, such as crushers and vibrating screens, ensuring durability without retainer breakage. These bearings feature a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The design includes special radial clearance and controlled tolerances of P6 on outer diameter (OD) and P5 on bore, as well as meticulous attention to the retainer, making them suitable for challenging vibrating environments. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, enhancing their reliability in various applications.
