Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate heavy radial and axial loads in both directions, providing a robust solution for various applications. Their self-aligning feature allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, and axis misalignment, thus preventing the application of excessive forces. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, they can handle a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions, enhancing their reliability and performance across diverse operating environments.
