Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to operate at temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°. This combination of features ensures reliability and longevity in demanding applications.
