Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for a variety of applications. These bearings feature a self-aligning capability that allows for the automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force during operation. They are engineered using Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
