Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning mechanism that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. The bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
