NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing excessive force application. These bearings are manufactured using a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation in temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), resulting in minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
