Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions.
