Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
