Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, offering a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects shaft, housing deflection, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. These bearings have been engineered with a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to function effectively at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and ensuring no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, they can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
