Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, offering a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings are capable of maintaining normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) due to Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, which ensures minimal dimensional changes and no reduction of bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
