Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft, housing, or axis misalignment, effectively preventing excessive force application. The bearings are manufactured using a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
